Presented to the Emergency Department with chest pain and shortness of breath. Chest pain started while shoveling snow in their driveway. They rate their pain at 7/10, located midsternal and radiating down their left arm and through to their back. Heart sounds S1S2 present and lungs are clear to auscultation.
